W ciągu godziny kilkakrotnie wyskakują mi na ekranie laptopa informacje o działaniach Avast. Jest to bardzo denerwujące. Nie mogę tego w żaden sposób zablokować.

I cannot read the words on your screenshot, but I think it is from a Smart Scan - Advanced Issues. That would create pop-ups suggesting purchase of additional Avast software.
You can click on Protection>Virus Scans and disable scheduled Smart Scan to avoid those unwanted pop-ups.
Just looking at Filipidu’s screenshot it could also be Firewall or very possibly the Network Shield.
Recent changes in version 25.2.xxxx may have messed with the settings, throwing up this popup screen indicating a check by the Network Shied.
These popups are a pain in the backside (for every new connection) and my previous settings I didn’t get these repetitive popups.
But as you say I can’t read the screenshot text, only the symbols would tend to implicate the Network Shield settings. I had to hack mine around to get it back to zero notification screens. I was so bloody at the time that I didn’t document the changes I made to cull them.
