Im having the same problem, i never got the email with the order id, all i want is to cancel the renewal. I have the activation code, email, card used, everything. just please someone help for the love of god
I have registered 60 days avast cleanup trail version, I entered my credit card information together with my email address.But not received any confirmation mail with order ID then I have tried to find order ID with my email address and last 4 digit of my credit card but it still says no order.
Also tried to link my desktop with Avast account but where also its showing no licence registered.
I would request you to please deactivate Avast auto renewal premium.

I too am having terrible experiences with trying to cancel Avast Cleanup Premium trial. Nowhere in the interface or anywhere is a suitable button or option.
This is the only glitch I have encountered with Avast over time. But I still hope that there can be resolution of this issue which is going to confound a lot of people until it is fixed.

Please help. I have spent hours trying to cancel my auto renewal for your Cleanup Premium for which I had a 60 day free trial. My circumstances at the moment mean that I canât afford to renew at this time although I do hope to in the near future as i have found it very efficient.
I am struggling to cancel and my renewal date with an automatic link is tomorrow, 05/05/18 and would appreciate your help. I do not have any membership number or anything.

I just checked the status of your subscription in our systems and I can see that it has been already cancelled so your credit card shall not be charged.
I have this exact same problem, which I only realised when my old laptop stopped working and I intended on activating my subscription on my new one.
I find this outrageous and have no idea how to solve this, some assistance would be much appreciated as I have less than a month left on this free trial and I refuse to be charged.
hello i am trying to cancel my avast cleanup after trial period is over but I in a loop with invalid password-e mails. Could you please tell me if there is a way to overcome this?

It asks for an order id which I donât have but then asks for email and the last five digits from my credit card number but will only take four. I never received any email when I signed up either. A webpage is opened, (The Avast site) Here you must click on Your Licenses, on the far right.
this takes you to another page, click on âCancel Auto-Renewal.â
a small box appears, click on âDe-Activate Auto Renewal Subscription.â
Wait a few seconds. It will then say, âRequest to cancel the auto renewal has been sent.â
I will mention that this method nearly worked for me but when i got to step 7, it said, âSomething went wrong with the cancellation of auto renewalâ, and now i am trying to cancel it by using my order id info which to access i had to enter my email address and passwordâŚwhen i did this is tried to tell me that my email address was invalid even though i used it to log into Avast not more than 10 mins ago. I am now back to square one. Also when i try to click on âActivation Codeâ it brings up a box saying âError 305.â
It seems Avast want to make this impossible for us to cancel our subscription. i have taken screenshots of every single step ive mentioned, so i have evidence of my attempts to cancel the subscription and i am willing to take legal action if Avast try to charge me if i am still unable to cancel before my free trial runs out.

A while ago I had contacted support and got answer that my renewal subscription successfully cancelled. But today they suddenly billed me.
