How can I cancel my subscription and refund? Is 30-day money-back guarantee is a scam?

I accidentally subscribed to Avast SecureLine VPN for Windows (1 device), but I intended to purchase the multi-device plan for 10 devices instead, which I have now bought separately. When I tried to cancel the 1-device subscription through my Avast account, it showed that the renewal was canceled, but the expiration date is still set for one year from now. I would like a refund for the 1-device subscription, as I understand there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Hello! Did you find the solution? I have the same problem with 30 day refund on AVAST vpn which I don’t need and subscribed by mistake. So this feature is not working on the website and I can’t find any contact details to get a support from the team. somehow I found the online chat with assistant but now it disappeared. Can’t find this online chat. Can anyone help me please?
