I accidentally subscribed to Avast SecureLine VPN for Windows (1 device), but I intended to purchase the multi-device plan for 10 devices instead, which I have now bought separately. When I tried to cancel the 1-device subscription through my Avast account, it showed that the renewal was canceled, but the expiration date is still set for one year from now. I would like a refund for the 1-device subscription, as I understand there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.
