If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
Hi,
I can see that support replied to your case/ticket 12494444 (the others were closed as duplicate) and informed you that your refund request has been processed.
You signed up for a subscription that auto-renewed, with an email address which seemed to have had a typo in it (the letterj was missing compared to your current email address).
Please note that in general, it takes approximately 7 business days to receive the funds into your PayPal/credit/bank account.
Hi,
I could not find any orders under your gmail email address as used on this forum. It seems that you might have used your yahoo email address. Please PM me your yahoo email address and I will be able to confirm the order details.

I have been charged today 84.89USD by avast./com/ord/IE for DRI*Avast Software which I never ever ordered. Ive filled in the refund form, received request number 13965037. And soon with another e-mail Ive been informed that avast are unable to locate the order… Avast illegally charged the amount from my card which I havent even notified, moreover for the product which iI didnt buy. I demand to refund my money immediately! Copy of bank statement was included in refund form.
Hi,
Your order could not be located because the information you provided (the email and the order number) is not in our system. Please reply to the email you received from support and include the requested details (that is not visible in the screenshot). Once we receive the additional information, we will be able to locate and process your refund.
Hi, thank you for your answer, but this is not helping. I cant provide any additional information apart from the bank statement which was attached to refund form. You can see all details there. Have you seen and/or checked that? And thats because, first of all, I havent ordered anything (from AVAST) & secondly I havent asked/agreed/allowed/enabled somebody (in this case AVAST) to charge my card, details of which I havent even provided. As I wrote earlier, based on my bank information I can affirm, that the amount of 84.69USD(equivalent of 73.34EUR) was charged by avast./com/ord/ie/912757. And let me repeat once again, I have no additional information which could be provided apart of what is stated above. I shouldnt be investigating that, you have to do that and refund me total amount (which have been charged absolutely illegally) with reference to my request. If AVAST can`t adequately state why I got charged by AVAST, then who can?
You said:

That seems incomplete as it would normally include an Order ID. Which might be the one in your post above.
avast./com/ord/ie/912757
That said that number doesn’t look like a normal Order ID and it isn’t really stating, was the ie that you typed not ID
How did you find out about this, e.g. did you get an Email from Digital River who handled the transaction (as that is the usual practice) ?
Or was it only from your bank.
Was the email the same as the one you used to sign-up for the forum ?
As an avast user there isn’t much I can do directly, but try and gather more information for when r@vast (Avast Team Member) gets back to the topic.
Hi,
Thank you for the screenshot of your bank statement but it, unfortunately, did not contain all the information we requested (e.g address etc.) Please compare the bank statement with the information we requested. Once we receive the information from you, we will be able to locate your order and provide you with a refund. Please let me know once you have submitted the additional information and I will escalate your refund request.
Hi,
I sent to the support todays bank statement. You can find bank address there, last digits of credit card, my name, date of charge, amount, currency, the fullest available reference line etc. I cant give you any more. Its more than enough to identify if I got charged namely by Avast. Otherwise I assume this is a suspicious fraudulent transaction, then pls inform me asap and Ill ask police to start investigation.
Hi,
Your refund request seems to have been processed. The email address you seemed to have used with this order is different from the one you used to contact us on. There also seems to be a typo in your email address (*susrsali@gmail.com)
Hi,
so this fraudulent unauthorized transaction was done by AVAST? And it took several posts, days to recognize that?
Fist of all, could you pls clarify whats exactly mean "seems to have been processed"? You are not sure? Secondly, pls explain how youve been able to charge my bank card if Ive never ever gave its details to Avast? My bank began investigation and I believe they will inform me soon. Another thing, Ive mentioned this in every message Ive written to you, there were no "orders" at all. Its only your imagination. I had no intentions to order something from AVAST and I have not ordered anything from AVAST. The purchase or “order” how youre calling it, was done against my will and absolutely illegally. Do you understand that? So what was the "order"? Pls explain that to me. The same concerning gmail e-mail, I couldnt use it with “order” because there have been no “order” from my side.
Hi,
To clarify, the refund for the order associated with this email address (*susrsali@gmail.com) has been processed. The order was for the Avast Premium Security trial subscription. For a trial subscription, one has to enter payment card details before starting a free trial, and you need to cancel the trial subscription before it ends if you do not want to continue using the paid features. If you do not cancel the trial subscription, you are charged for the next subscription period. If you did not receive any notifications, it could imply that you had a typo in your email address or the notification email went to your spam/junk folder. Please accept our apologies for any confusion.
I got it too and it is not Avast>they are getting spoofed and we are the one’s paying for it.

Hi,
According to our system, it would seem that you were charged for a renewal (Renewed Dec/17/2021) of Avast AntiTrack Premium for Windows. You also had a typo in the email address (gmai.com) that was associated with this subscription. A refund for Order ID 103193074700 was processed Dec/28/2021
i got charged money too ,ineed my money back ,are you guys bunch of thieves or what?
Follow the directions.

Hi,
It seems you had a trial subscription under a different email address than the one used on this forum that converted to a full subscription.
