My debit card was charged $82.67 and I am not signed up for a renewal or anything. Didn’t even receive an email that I ordered anything. Went to my account and I have no subscriptions! How can I get a refund without the ID number with no email?

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
