URGENT - Charged for DRi*Avast Software and Need to Cancel

My bad, I have submitted 3 tickets (refund, unsubscribe and tech issues - regarding the same topic basically), but with different order numbers (last being all zeros). Does that ruin those seven days? Is there anything to fix it?

All in all I got no e-mail notifications after I submitted each ticket. That does not mean that they won’t be able to get back to me, now does it? Since I could not retrieve and manage my subscriptions using the same e-mail address, that led to this menace in the first place (the address actually worked before - seems the problem lately is with some automatic communication modules).

Got no notification before the trial version was ended, have no e-mails with the order ID, when I log into my Avast account there are no active subscriptions, I can't manage either of them.
I guess you used the 60day trail and gave them your credit card info?

I’ve forwarded your suggestion about a followup email after a refund request submission to Avast.

Yes. I did that before - once I declined the subscription within the given timeframe successfully, another time I continued using a product without a problem. This last encounter however is really a mess.

Hello, on March 27/20 I was charged 69,99CAD for DRI*AVAST Software. I did not order this. I went to the link https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/24 (advised to other users reporting the similar problem) to apply for the refund. Here is my problem with the form to complete. I have to answer the question when did I make the purchase (1. 30 days ago or less, 2. more than 30 days ago). No option “I didn’t make the purchase” to check.
And then is the question “Why are you asking for the refund” with the options to choose from, but there is no option “I did not make an order”. I ask for help. Thank you.

I beieve if you raise a new ticket (form) it resets your position in the queue, so maybe hold fire on that.
