URGENT - Charged for DRi*Avast Software and Need to Cancel

I have been charged a subscription fee AFTER my subscriptions were either cancelled or expired - $104.99.
I followed the steps here. No action yet. I have never used the product because it isn’t listed on my subscriptions page. I don’t even know what product I have paid for. Need a refund… I have Invoice ID and Transaction #, etc. But no Order ID, as I made no order. Any help here?

Only make one request and allow 5-10 business days. Each new request starts te process all over again.

Also, I was charged today via PayPal on the amount of $89.99 by Digital River Ireland, Ltd. for DRI*AVAST Software.

The issue that my current AVAST subscription is valid until the end of Feb, so why I was charged? Also didn’t receive any email from AVAST today about this Digital River charging on their behalf.

Sprawdzałem dzisiaj swoje konto bankowe i zauważyłem, że zostałem obciążony opłatą w wysokości 59,99 za „Dri * Avast Software”, kiedy nigdy nie założyłem konta w Avast ani nie kupiłem premium ani żadnego z ich produktów. Jak mogę to anulować, jeśli nigdy nie utworzyłem konta ani numeru produktu? Nie jestem pewien, czym w ogóle jest Dri *. Be patient, a refund can take up to 10 business days. Note, don’t submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

I have the same issue that is mentioned in the title. Got no notification before the trial version was ended, have no e-mails with the order ID, when I log into my Avast account there are no active subscriptions, I can’t manage either of them. The transactions have been initiated by the same vendor, beginning with DRI* (Digital River). I have submitted a refund form at Avast and Digital River both, I am however unsure if they are going to get back to me. I found no direct customer support thereby I must write here. Does anyone can help?

I have contacted my bank, they have informed me that the payment is on hold and they can in fact release the amounts in 8 days - if the vendor won’t touch it. In case it happens otherwise, I must get back to them with a dispute claim by reporting fraudulent behaviour.
