Althought Avast agreed it was their mistake.

To clarify: this is highly unlikely that I put my wrong e-mail adress somewhere and somehow providing in the same time Avast with my real credit card number .

When signing up for a subscription one needs to manually enter details (email, credit card etc.)

I have the same problem. I keep getting charged $42.79 for DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE avast.com/ord MN 10/03 even though I have cancelled all of my subscriptions. I can’t even find this one in my list of subscriptions.

I am requesting to Cancel this fee charged by DRI*AVAST avast.com into my credit card whereby I haven’t done any transactions or purchased any of the Avast Anti-Virus packages. The charge account Reference #: 8801015954 dated as per credit card statement of account on March 28 with an amount of P1,190 Php.

I got charged by “DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE AVAST.COM/ORD IE CNY228.00” into my credit card. I have no clue the reason behind and I dont have the charge account reference as well. I dont see any info under my subscription page. I need to get a refund on this.
