Checking my bank account I found a charge of $110.44 for DRI Avast software. I have not ordered this, want it canceled and want a refund. Please advise asap!

You want help, we Avast users would love to give it, but we need information to work with.

The likelihood is you had an auto renewal recurring payment mandate set up, you would have had to cancel that or payment would occur.

I was charged 93,99 euros 2 days ago from DRI*AVAS avast IR in my bank account GR****9935! I don’t even have a subscription in my account, how is this even possible? No even a receipt on my email??? What is happening?

There is no support at all! Just a phone number in USA which obviously I can’t call, unless if I get charged by the phone company! No chat to solve the problem, no email support!

What Avast Product are you using ?

I followed it through and there is an option to email, but you need to select it (see attached image) following the steps.

  1. Select I want a Refund.
  2. An Avast software product.
  3. I bought the wrong product. Whilst this is not technically correct according to your post, but it it gets you to the next step.
    Please select your preferred contact option - Here you can select Email and complete the form ‘Description of the issue’ and give as much information as possible.

As far as an Order ID goes try entering 00000000 as you don’t know it to get past that step.
