This fix was delivered as a microUpdate 947. This means that your system is, in fact updated, but for some reason the fix did not help in your case.

Can you please send us a “support file” from your system so we can analyze the relevant logs? The process is described here: http://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/submit-support-file/

  • In the field “Ticket number”, you can use the ID of this thread: 893216
  • Once the support file is created, please share its “File ID” in your response to this message.
