I think my opera browser for a while had a mind of it own. the 1st time I was getting a different Java page that the one I have now as soon as I send this will download it to my desktop. I think when you were helping me I was just clicking in the wrong spot to get the right page. speaking of TV we have Directv and mike lost the remote before he went to bed and said for me to turn it off manually I cannot see up as far as you need to and I click the wrong thing and it don’t work now. don’t no if he well be upset with me or not. (smile)

maybe my husband is right maybe I am {be -on} help! could not spell that one word. the only other one that may work is go back one page put just window in there instead of windows 64 and see where that takes me. i did every step just right saw every thing your friend said I would see but doing the last step it to me to a page that i had to choose some thing and out it in a box beside the word platform. you explane 64 to be so that is what I put there windows 64 and Like I said that took me right to where we were yesterday. there is only one more thing that says windows I can try the rest is not a window any thing. sorry Sharon

I did not know what to put by the word platform I tried the 3 that had word windows in it. ones was just windows then one was windows 64 then they had windows intel itanium. i put each one of those there and it took me back to where I was last night. I am really trying to follow direction. when in the XXXX am I messing up. (smile)
to bad a computer does not have a reset. (smile) if you get tried of trying to help me I would understand. it is still under warranty I could let hp take control of my desktop they have done that before but when they fixed that trouble I had at that time they messed up my avg virus scanner to where all the component disappeared and all you saw was a white blank spot. now avg and the nortin that the computer had on it when Mike bought it new. are suppose to be gone from the computer and using avast now.oh ya hp could not help me with avg trouble they caused because avg is a 3 party soft ware.

do you re-call some time back I mention about 3 icons that apperd on my desktop and one was a java scrip error hr_err_pids...55512 then after a while I mention a bluelooking folder that was called desktop just like the to that pop up at the same time as the written java scrip error did. 2 of the 3 was called desktop the 3rd was the one named hr_err_pids55512 allso I told ya back at the beginning that a new one came up called itunes. then one more as came name temp files and it is empthy. now back to the blue like folder for a min. in side of it has the same name jave scrip name as the 1 st javascrip error has hr_err_pids...
